Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50 within the United States.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes determined by your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at metevehans@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
